The current list of House Bill 76 and Senate Bill 76, the Property Tax Independence Act, co-sponsors is shown below; note the excellent bipartisan support. These are the lawmakers who truly care about Pennsylvania homeowners. If your Representative or Senator is not on these lists, please contact him or her and respectfully request that they co-sponsor HB 76/SB 76, the Property Tax Independence Act and, if you wish, give them your reasons for supporting the legislation. If they are on the list, be sure to contact their office and thank them for co-sponsoring the legislation. This lets them know that they have done the right thing for their constituents and helps to give them the courage to fight for enactment. There are no legitimate reasons to oppose the Property Tax independence Act. Accept no excuses!
